For your body to rebuild, you need a good night’s rest and that is why you need a minimum of 6 hours of sleep and a maximum of eight hours. Too much sleep starts to dehydrate your body, hence you need a good water intake, nothing more than 3 litres. Water is crucial as your body also flushes all the bad toxins out of your body.
- Last but not least, Music – You probably heard that different frequencies have “magical” powers to the body. Basically what it means is that your heart needs a good rhythm to beat to and cells in the body react to certain frequencies to also help you heal. So crank up the music and enjoy life. Besides it is therapeutic and sets a background theme to your everyday life.
